"Rocky Horror" Returns Stronger with More Camp and More Cult
It's back. It's new. Yet it's a tradition. A cult classic returns to San Francisco.
"The Rocky Horror Show" has played in San Francisco annually for years. From the Ray of Light Theatre Company, the show has starred the fantastic and wonderful D'Arcy Drollinger in the lead role.
Drollinger is the owner of the SF Oasis nightclub and has cheated on himself by going to perform this show with ROLT. But now, they are partnering together.
The show, starting October 7 and running through October 31 at SF Oasis, will now be done "club style." Instead of sitting in traditional theatre seats, VIPs will have cocktail tables and can order COCKTAILS! Those who get general admission tickets will be standing.
The show promises as well not to limit the theatrics on stage, the cast will often come off the stage and interact with guests, adding a fresh new element.
Besides these exciting changes in staging, many of the SF Oasis troupe will be on hand in the show. In addition to Drollinger, Michael Phillis, Snaxx and Trixxie Carr are among the cast members.
Fun and camp are awaiting you. You should get your best mask and vax card (they are required) and get tickets at https://roltxoasisxtherockyhorrorshow.eventbrite.com/
